Abstract

Physical expression is one of the oldest and most important forms of expression in human society. Ever since my own journey into martial arts I personally learned the value of discovering new forms of physical expression through diverse fighting styles, while also discovering new ways to build and move my own body and developing important self defense skills. Personal fitness is always something that is important to maintain no matter someone’s age, and someone finding their own ways that they enjoy creatively expressing themselves is important not only to the mind and heart, but also to the collective society as a whole.
